Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Radiance Xpert provides warranty service and support for devices purchased from our official website or authorized retailers.

  • You may return products within 15 days of delivery for exchange or free repair if a manufacturing defect or malfunction occurs, as long as the product and original packaging are intact and undamaged.
  • We offer free repair services within 6 months of purchase, provided you present your receipt and warranty card.
  • If the serial number is missing, altered, or incorrect, charges for parts may apply.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products beyond the 6-month warranty period
  • Damage due to improper use, storage, or maintenance
  • Missing warranty card or purchase from unauthorized sellers
  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair attempts
  • Cosmetic damage, general wear and tear, or accidental damage

Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via email.

  • If your order refund. has not shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full
  • If the item has already shipped (you’ve received a tracking number or status is marked “completed”), cancellation is no longer possible.

2. 15-Day Return for Malfunctions

If your product shows signs of malfunction within 15 days of delivery due to a manufacturer defect, you’re eligible for a free repair or exchange.

  • The product and original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • We may request supporting evidence, such as photos or a short video.
  • Repair or exchange is at Radiance Xpert’s discretion based on inspection.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and we approve a repair or exchange, Radiance Xpert covers the shipping cost for the replacement or repair. If we opt to exchange, you are not required to return the defective item.
  • After 15 days, We offer free repair only (no exchange), provided your item is still within the 6-month warranty period. However, you are responsible for shipping the product to us, and we will cover the return shipping after repair.

3. 60-Day Return for Unused Products

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 60 days of delivery, provided that:

    • • The product is unopened, unused, and in resellable condition
    • • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
    • • You cover the return shipping cost
    • • Returns are only accepted for kits that include a device; skincare-only purchases are not eligible for return

Refunds to your original payment method or store credit are processed after the return is inspected and approved. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note that payment processing fees charged by banks or card networks are non-refundable. In the case of a refund:

    • 2% of the total transaction amount will be deducted for Visa and Mastercard issued inside Qatar.
    • 3% + 1 QAR of the total transaction amount will be deducted for AMEX cards and international card transactions.

The same fee structure applies to chargebacks. These charges reflect non-refundable transaction fees imposed by payment providers and are not retained as additional profit by Radiance Xpert.

Products Purchased from Third-Party Sellers

If you purchased a Radiance Xpert product from another retailer or platform, please contact them directly for return, exchange, or refund services. Our warranty services still apply (with proof of purchase), but return and refund policies may differ according to their terms.
