Currently, we accept payments in US dollars (USD), Qatari riyals (QAR), and Euros (EUR). Transactions are generally processed in QAR, except for Whish payments, which are processed in USD. PayPal payments may be processed in the original transaction currency. If you choose to pay in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion rates and additional fees.
You can pay using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Whish.

Some banks may charge an additional fee on your credit card statement called a Foreign Transaction Fee or International Transaction Fee. Radiance Xpert is not responsible for any such fees.

If your payment fails, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Exceeded credit card limit Solution: Check your card’s spending limit with your bank. 2. Invalid credit card number Solution: Verify the card details you entered. 3. Expired card or insufficient funds Solution: Contact your bank for assistance. 4. Payment declined by issuing bank Solution: Reach out to your bank to understand why. 6. Account flagged as spam or fraud by your bank Solution: Contact your bank to resolve this issue. 7. Unusual spending pattern detected Solution: Your bank may block the payment for security; contact them to clear this. 8. Transaction exceeds single payment limit Solution: If purchasing multiple items, contact us to receive separate payment links.
