We offer free shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee will apply at checkout as follows: $5 for Lebanon, 20 QAR for Qatar, and $20 for all other international destinations.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number.
If you don’t see the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, feel free to email us directly.
You can easily check your shipment status anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just enter your tracking number and click “TRACK” for detailed updates.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we can’t change the delivery address. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
If a parcel can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or if it’s unclaimed and returned to us, we may not be able to reship or refund it.
If the delivery company can’t reach you and you don’t arrange redelivery within 5 days, the package may be returned and destroyed. In that case, we can’t issue a full refund or resend the order.
When your order arrives, please check the package carefully for any damage before accepting it. If you notice visible damage, you have the right to refuse delivery and tell the courier the reason. If you’re unsure, you can sign for the package as “UNCHECKED”. However, by signing this way, you agree that the order is complete and accept it as is.
If a product you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you by email within one working day. We’ll let you know when it will be back in stock or help you cancel your order for a full refund if you prefer.
